ICON JETSET does not own, lease, operate, maintain, crew or dispatch aircraft. All flights are operated by duly certified third-party air carriers under their own Air Operator Certificates.

ICON JETSET does not own, operate or manage aircraft in any capacity. Every flight arranged through our brokerage is performed by properly licensed third-party operators subject to applicable aviation regulations.

We exercise due diligence in selecting operators, yet all flight operations, crewing and maintenance responsibilities remain exclusively with the licensed carrier executing the flight.

We collaborate with a curated network of vetted operators and service providers worldwide. The selection of specific operators is made on a case-by-case basis according to client requirements and operational suitability.

Our partner selection process considers safety records, certification status, insurance coverage and service quality to ensure that every recommendation meets the standards expected in premium private aviation.

While we maintain close relationships with our aviation partners, each operator remains an independent entity responsible for the services it directly provides.

All flight options, including Empty Leg opportunities, are subject to availability and may change or be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

Aircraft availability, pricing, routes and schedules remain subject to operator availability and operational requirements, which can shift due to maintenance, regulatory or market conditions.

We recommend confirming all flight details as early as possible and remaining flexible to alternative options should the preferred aircraft become unavailable.

Any pricing displayed or communicated through the website is indicative and provided for guidance only. Final pricing is confirmed in writing prior to booking.
